A Million Feelings

All emotions feels big when experienced for the first time.

The more we experience an emotion, the more we get used to it.

Our mental representation of past feelings, hypothetical feelings, & feelings that are occurring in the moment evolves every day.

But, in the end, the emotion remains made of the same feelings.

Don’t forget what you feel.
