The year is 2242. Humanity is desperate to find new habitable planets to escape a dying earth. To aid this process of space colonization, multiple drones have been released across galactic sectors on this large scale reconnaissance mission. This is a fragment of a larger speculative series investigating the concepts of space and time in the era of post-human condition.

This piece consists of five landscape types and six drone classes generated procedurally using noise and basic geometric shapes, driven by the seed to generate unique iterations.

THE END / ODE TO 2022

By Jaali Bandar

Looking back at my first year into the generative art space. Finding FxHash was probably the best thing that happened this past year. This article is to sum up the past year, the learnings, the process, creating collecting and some thoughts moving into the next year.
