Feedback Sunsets (interactive) #10

Vibrant sunsets made out of unique feedback loops controlled by you.

Create your own horizon by accelerating your shape, leaving a colorful trail of feedback! Fill the canvas horizontally and keep going to paint it with ever-changing colors. Use the mouse position* to start movement.

*Horizontal mouse position controls movement speed. In all cases, most to the right of the canvas = highest speed value attributed.

Press 's' in Live View window ("open live") to save a PNG.

Free to use as you wish! Create derivatives, use as a collage element or sell as is - your creativity is the limit. Use your sunsets wisely!

Variable features:
Different sizes
Left to Right or Right to Left movement
Different color values (white bright = rare)
Frequency of hue change (dampening factor in time function)
Different speeds (dampening factor in cursor control over movement speed)
