anaglyphic - Moka #2

Industrial design has taken many forms in the past decades, and some of them have endured. The manual of mass-produced technical products have kept on featuring pseudo-technical diagrams of your most recent purchase. But for now, you will ignore it and assume that its use will be intuitive enough for you to manage. Only when you have a problem with it will you explore this little piece of literature, and discover that you've been doing it wrong all along.

This moka piece is a mix of different cultural perspectives on the service manual exercise. The moka pot's European orientalist origin is blended with the idiomatic Swedish brand naming shenanigans and the 80s Japanese service manual schematics aesthetics.
