Composition 1: Complexity vs. Order #4

This is an exercise in determining the balance between randomness and order necessary for an aesthetically pleasing artwork. Patterns are generated with a recursive algorithm using weighted randomness. After generation, four or eight copies are rotated to form a Mandala-like figure.
