Pulse Rhythm Machine #1

In physics, string theory is a theoretical framework in which the point-like particles of particle physics are replaced by one-dimensional objects called strings. Every physical parameter is derived from the vibrational state of the string.

The piece explores how rhythmical structures can arise from simple vibrations. Every rhythmical line is a sum of several pulses. The lines are in a hidden relation, forming intricate patterns. The focus on these relationships is highlighted by the low fidelity sounds.

The mint has 36 out of possible 216 combinations.
