Dynamic generations #187

A classic cellular automata updates its state with a static rule based on the state of its neighbor.

This collection was created with cellular automata with an extension of that idea. Here the state and the rule are updated based on the state of its neighbor, here the rule changes in every iteration, here the rule is dynamic.

That change moves cellular automata to another level of complexity.
