Divine Levels #17

The harmonic aspect of the composition is based on the application of various scales and chords - often derived from a central tonality - that are layered and interleaved in a manner similar to the visual shapes of the piece. This creates a constantly shifting harmonic landscape that is both familiar and unpredictable.

The rhythmic element of the composition is based on the layering of multiple polyrhythms, creating a complex and ever-shifting pulse. The polyrhythms are often based on a central pulse that is then layered and interleaved with other polyrhythms to create a complex and dynamic rhythmical landscape.

Overall, the pieces are designed to explore the relationships between shapes, harmonies, and rhythms in a way that is both logical and unexpected. The goal is to create a composition that is both cohesive and unpredictable, allowing for an ever-evolving soundscape of sound and movement.
