That Never Goes Out #12

Lost in darkness, feeling alone
No end in sight, no path unknown
But wait, what's that? A tiny spark
A glimmer of hope, a guiding mark

As I journey on, more lights appear
Each one a promise, each one sincere
That I am not lost, that I am found
That I am loved, that I am bound

To a brighter future, a better place
Where the darkness lifts and I see my face
Reflected in the light of all I've won
Forever grateful, forever young
