Is this a metaphor of thoughts and perceptions slipping in and out the threshold of the mind? Or colours and shapes bleeding into a virtual focus, gaining grain in the process?
At least we know it's two passes through two different GLSL shaders, where simplex noise is computed and reinterpreted in multiple ways.
