face.gif The FROSTxHASH Launch #25
by frostbitten
Project
face.gif is the demo project created to showcase and push the limits of my new tool for artists: FROSTxHASH.
Available at https://frostxhash.clxn.art/ this tool allows creators to produce 🏇animated🏇 generative fxhash projects in the browser without any installation. A perfect tool for layer-based artists and frame-by-frame animators. Patrons can easily export animated GIFs or still PNGs. It's fairly compatible with other layer-based templates yet boasts a ton of features.
💛 10% of secondary royalties to minter 💛
Layers and Variety
8408400 possible outputs.
Background:
• 10 Shapes/Textures
Invert (affects Background):
• Yes/No
Highlight:
• 6 Variations (1 Animated)
Palette:
• 13 Color Palettes
Mouth:
• 11 Animated Variations
Nose:
• 7 Variations (3 Animated)
Eyes:
• 14 Variations (10 Animated)
Cheeks:
• 5 Variations (1 Animated)
Export Options and Notes
Open the NFT by itself (view on IPFS) for export to work. Marketplaces prevent content in frames from downloading files.
Twitter has a maximum of 15Mb for a gif. If yours is too large try cutting the export early.
Safari browser cannot export at this time! Due to limitations of that browser and special features of this project a fallback rendering engine is used which can only display, not export. I suggest almost any other browser but Chrome or Firefox should work well.
Keyboard:
• [i] Show info about the loop length in seconds
• [g] Export GIF or PNG (depending on if work is still or animated)
• [x|d] Alternate export keys. "eXport" and "Download"
Mobile:
• [double tap] Open export screen. See loop length in seconds and an export button.
Project built using the FROSTxHASH template by Matthew Seremet (frostbitten.tez). Builder version 0.36.
