The circle is divided into several sectors.
Then each sector is filled with arcs of the same thickness and the same location.
Their color may vary slightly.

The result is a kaleidoscopic circle.

Variations:
70%/30% dark/light background
60% - packing circles / 40% - a grid from 1 by 1 to 6 by 6. In this case, the grid will possibly be rotated.
