Oculus #2

At the origin of the collection ‘Oculus’, an opportunity and several assumptions. The opportunity is given by the possibilities for creative coding or cataloging offered by fxhash and p5js library. Hence several hypotheses. The main one could be that these windows are eyes looking at you as much as you look at them. Behind these windows, inside other windows, you are spied on. As in every collection a dialectic of image and desire is in motion. The second hypothesis could be that every representation of architectural object is a multiplicity, a catalog of possibility. At the same time a theoretical representation, at the same time an object of consumption, at the same time an inspiration, at the same time a disappointment, incompleteness... The taxonomy, way of ordering this catalog as much factual as evocative. The features invite to a walk of the glance towards the imagination.
