The resilience of change management in small and medium-sized businesses
This article is aiming to discuss the resilience of change management in SMBs. Change management as part of IT Service Management (ITSM) has a few principles to make reaction to changes, their implementation and documentation easier for IT companies. Even though these principles are complex and harder to implement for smaller companies, they would also need to implement ITSM practices to operate effectively.
