Examination of a Hungarian organization based on a trilemma

I chose Gólya1 as the subject for my article because I am very interested in how to maintain a complex organization that strives for equality among its members. I want to examine it based on a trilemma2 where the first aspect is sustainability. Sustainability in the sense that it provides a livelihood for several people and they also have to operate a building - so they need quite a lot of money to do that. Security and transparency are also part of sustainability. The second aspect of my trilemma is accessibility. What are the aims and roles of Gólya? How do they compare themselves to other organizations? What are the differences and similarities? The third part of my trilemma is equality. This is the foundation stone of Gólya, their most important aspect.
